CRITICAL TIRE COMPATIBILITY

CEN explicitly states that CD0657 only fits the CD0503 Fury Country Hunter R/T tire. The manufacturer lists that tire at 54 × 102 × 34.5 mm. DUALLY GEOMETRY & HUB SELECTION

Dually wheel systems depend on controlled offset and spacing. Front and rear hub geometry serve different purposes: the front setup must preserve steering and suspension clearance, while the rear setup must position the dual tires with adequate sidewall separation and proper track width.

Use the supplied hub intended for the axle position being assembled. Random spacers or mixed front/rear hubs can alter scrub radius, track width and rear tire spacing.

INSTALLATION CHECKLIST

• Confirm the tire is CEN CD0503 Fury Country Hunter R/T.
• Choose the correct supplied front or rear hub for the axle position.
• Inspect wheel and hub mating surfaces for burrs or debris.
• Seat the hub squarely before tightening hardware.

DUAL-REAR TIRE SPACING

On a dually, rear tire spacing is more than a cosmetic detail. Continuous sidewall contact can create friction, heat and uneven tire wear. After assembly, compress the suspension and load the chassis enough to confirm the inner and outer rear tires retain usable clearance.

WHEEL RUNOUT & VIBRATION

If a newly assembled wheel appears to wobble, do not immediately assume the wheel itself is defective. Inspect hub seating, axle straightness, hex/hub engagement, tire bead position and any trapped debris between mating surfaces. A poorly seated hub can create apparent wheel runout even when the wheel is sound.

FINISH CARE

The black finish is primarily cosmetic. Use mild, non-abrasive cleaning methods and avoid harsh solvents that can haze or mark the surface. Remove grit before wiping so trapped debris does not scratch visible faces.
