• A vibration isolator is used to help reduce the vibration and noise a larger compressor produces. Mount the large, stationary compressor to the floor with Powermate vibration isolators for minimized vibration.

• Isolation pads should always be used between the tank leg and the floor when installing a stationary air compressor. When installing isolation pads, do not draw the bolts tight. Allow the pads to absorb the vibration from the compressor. Vibration isolation pads are standard with the Tire and Lube Series fully packaged air compressors.
