Add the required hex-mount interface and a highly visible simulated brake-rotor detail to compatible RC4WD 1.9-inch 5-lug Wagon stamped-steel wheels. Z-S0532 combines the hub and rotor in one precision-machined assembly for builders who want the mechanical detail behind the wheel face to look finished.

FUNCTION AND SCALE DETAIL

HOW IT DIFFERS FROM Z-S0734

Z-S0734 is the standard CNC-machined hub conversion without a simulated rotor. Z-S0532 adds the billet-aluminum brake-rotor assembly, scale bolts and miniature bolt tool. The correct choice depends on whether the rotor will be visible and whether the build benefits from that extra scale detail.

RC4WD’s official installed example uses Dirt Grabber 1.9-inch All Terrain Tires (Z-T0005) and black 5 Lug Wagon wheels (Z-W0129). The tires and wheels are demonstration components and are not included.

BUILD PLANNING

The rotor sits behind the wheel face, so verify clearance before tightening anything. Wheel backspacing, steering-knuckle shape, portal or axle hardware and the chosen wheel design determine how much room is available.

1. Confirm the exact compatible wheel SKU.
2. Inspect the axle hex, axle pin and center bore.
3. Dry-fit one rotor hub and rotate the assembly by hand.
4. Check for contact at full steering lock and through suspension travel.
5. Install the scale bolts gradually in a crossing pattern.
6. Recheck the wheel hardware after the first trail session.

INSTALLED EXAMPLE

RC4WD also shows this rotor-hub set on a Gelande II RTR with a 2015 Land Rover Defender D90 body, Dirt Grabber tires and black 5 Lug Wagon wheels. That complete vehicle, its wheels and tires are shown only to demonstrate appearance; they are not included and do not make this hub universal for every Gelande or every 1.9-inch wheel.

INSTALLATION PRACTICE

Use the supplied miniature tool only for the scale hardware it is intended to drive. Seat each bolt cleanly before applying torque. Tighten evenly and stop when the assembly is secure; miniature scale hardware can be damaged by oversized tools or excessive force. If threadlocker is appropriate, apply a minimal amount only to clean metal-to-metal threads.
